I'm Michael Cieslewicz, a drug development executive with 25+ years across academia, biotech, and pharma. I founded AbCie Consulting in 2024 to bring fractional program leadership and project management expertise to early-stage biotech companies as they navigate start-up and the path to the clinic. I bring an entrepreneurial mindset to that work, having joined Vigeo Therapeutics as the company's second hire and helped build its program management and operational infrastructure from the ground up.
